I haven't used Adobe Muse so I'm not sure, theoretically it shouldn't matter too much what design software is used as the cms deals only with the exported pages which for the most part should be standard html/css etc., although a different import script may be required as each wysiwyg web design program will likely export page code in some unique way. Right now the focus is on Xara as it is what we use ourselves but if I get time in the future and there is demand I will look at Muse and Serif too.
